NEED WINTER QUARTERS (SE?)

Please give us your suggestions for areas in the rural SE
for riding and driving Nov. thru April.....buy or rent  (rental
preferred for the first winter).

I have traveled much of the SE on business and would
concentrate on SC. S GA, and N FL as fairly easy to
relocate a wife, two dogs and a horse for half the year.  
The wife loves to garden.

We do driving and CTR.

What are your suggestions?
