GPS - SA turned off

For those who have used a GPS, some good news from the feds. Selective
Availability (the military fudge factor that degraded civilian accuracy) was
turned off this morning. Played with my Garmin12. With good satellite
coverage, accuracy appears to be something on the order +- 20 feet (as
opposed to perhaps +- 300 before) . Of course none of this helps in heavy
trees or deep canyons.
