Privacy...crawl out from under your rock
So in order to shield myself from every crazed looney-toon (including my
prospective or current clients) I should crawl under a rock and not EVER make
myself known personally or professionally? Does this mean I should never
accept an invitation to speak at a conference or seminar? Anyone who is
involved in their industry can find themselves on the Internet. What about
those of us who have a marketable hobby, but it is not necessarily our bread
and butter?
I'm not going to hide my light under a basket for anyone. Anyway...you can't
smell the roses when you're under your rock.
Perhaps if I was Bill Gates I might be more concerned and take different
precautions. Until I am fabulously famous and wealthy..well...I am going to
live like a mere mortal.
