As I stated earlier, that has always been my personal policy--but you make a 
good point that it should become general policy.  Have to admit to having 
missed examining a handful of them over the years--as in when I am too busy 
helping to put the rider on a Life Flight or some such--but then when the 
rider gets bucked off and has fractures, or the rider has keeled off with a 
heart attack, the "RO" part is not generally in question, either...
