Perhaps, if the rider has been taken to a hospital, then the card could be 
turned in to the RM who will mark it RO, that's the easy one.  Now, if the 
rider just has a migraine and wants to climb in the trailer to sleep it off, 
then I gotta say crew or volunteer.  Its going to be tough, but lets face it 
riders follow all the REQUIRED procedures.   If another step is added that 
will benefit the sport AND the horse, then riders will have to learn to 
accept it, part of "making the sport better."
