Posse Ride

 I do feel that the AERC should have stood behind the decision of the ride 
manager.  

Everyone does need to re read this whole thing, AERC did stand behind the 
ride manager.  First by the decision of the Protest and Grievance Committee 
and second by the Board denying the appeal.
