Whether loading a horse, trimming/shoeing a horse or just getting on a
horse, whatever it may be....we act as if, OF COURSE there will be no
problem, no fuss, no big deal and many times, people have told us it will
take forever to load that horse or their horse doesn't behave well for the
farrier and Nelson probably can't/shouldn't try to trim/shoe it or that
horse has terrible manners.....etc.  Often it seems to me that we only get
what we expect....if we expect to have trouble, the horse knows and is more
than willing to oblige.  It's amazing how our attitude in approaching the
situation can entirely change the scenario expected for those observing. 
:)  Of course, it doesn't always work this way, but it's fun when it does!!
