No ID added for online history

In response to questions like: why is my horse or name in there twice -
Russ made a real time change to the s/w.

Now horses/riders w/o a valid aerc ID at the time the data was 
entered - have a "No ID" in red after their names.  

all others should have a valid aerc ID in the records.
