material and especially before you go for tape.   It shows you a way to
do secure fencing with 2x4 horse mesh, using iron T posts set 8 feet
apart, and have an Equi-Tee PVC top on the T post  to carry a PVC rail
for visual barrier.   The rail "finishes" off the mesh, you can string a
hotwire on the Equi-Tee  top for added security, and you have a handsome,
 strong, secure, LONG-lasting fence for  much lower cost.   I can send

     My son Joseph  invented and has patented the Equi-Tee top.  This is
more than just "proud Mom" talking.  The Equi-Tee top  won the Equitana
