color genetics
Hi guys,
Gotta question: How does the color genetics work when crossing a grey arab
with a paint?
In this case it's a chestnut/white paint stallion on a grey arab mare. The
colt was born chestnut roan with four high whites, bald face, and two part
blue eyes. He is now a dark liver chestnut roan. (Same white, obvoiusly)
I am assuming he is going to turn grey, and NOT be a roan at all. Any
thoughts?
