I'd recommend (to anyone) Mary Wanless' new book _Ride_With_Your_Mind_.
It has an excellent description of how to go about positioning &
aligning your pelvis, thighs, & abdominal muscles to make for a more
secure seat.
In spite of my many years of riding & excellent training, the techniques
I've learned in this book (actually, in her first book published in the
US as _The_Natural_Rider_) have revolutionized my teaching methods and
launched great leaps in the quality of my riding.
Absolutely worth reading!
