I didn't actually see how they got it down, but I think they drove under
a tree that had a block and tackle on it and lifted it up off the
trailer while they drove the trailer out from under it.  It must not
have been that heavy because they had to move it another 75' to where
they set it up.  Apparently, they bring it every year.  It was quite a
conversation piece.
