seat sizes for saddles

I have a question concerning saddle seat sizes. I have a 14 1/2 inch western
style saddle. Yes I'm small. What is the comparable seat size for an english
style saddle? I have tried one kids size english saddle, but it seemed to
small. i don't know what size it was. Also are Aussie saddles also measured
differently? i am looking for a new style saddle, but need to know what size
range to start with. Thanks.
