I believe virtually all states would consider ridecamp strictly hearsay.
Further, ridecamp does not fit within any of the Federal Evidence Rules
exceptions to the hearsay rule. Montana might be different, though.
Kansas has this weird rule that if the person making the hearsay
statement is available to testify, then the hearsay statement comes in.
Any Montana lawyers out there? I'd look this up myself, but I'm doing
good to keep up with ridecamp at this point!
