cosmetic or otherwise surgery

I just came into this after heated discussion on a horse related chat
center. They referred me to your website.  I have had horses most of my 60
years and have never had a total of one, much less six horses that needed
medical surgery to their necks.  Could you please tell me what epedemic
struck your barn?  I would like to just know what part was given this
medical procedure. You mentioned chewing or wind sucking or something.  Did
you cut out a part or what?? Please advise so that I do not leave this to my
imagination.
