Out of curiosity; has AERC or a ride manager ever been sued for
something similar to Jim's accident??
Considering the extent and severity of Jim's injuries, I don't doubt
that SOMEONE is going to have to pay (I mean in a financial, lawsuit
sort of way) for his injuries and (probably) permanent damage. Isn't
this exactly the reason one carries insurance? I really feel for him,
especially since he was an innocent bystander. When you ride you take it
for granted that one day your going to get hurt. But a bystander???
