On the subject of depriving a corrupt trainer of
his livelihood.....
I am a registered
nurse. It is my job to make sure that no one working with me is guilty of
patient abuse. Patient abuse is a pretty broad subject, even speaking in a
rude manner will get you in trouble. If I (or anyone working under me that
I don't turn in) am convicted of patient abuse, I can expect to lose my license
to practice nursing. There are no second chances, I lose my
livelihood. Should a corrupt trainer get any better?
I know some will say that
humans are a different matter, but an animal can't sue or otherwise stand up for
itself. Do these trainers treat their families as well as they treat their
animal charges?
I'm rambling. Sorry. I
just get really worked up over this whole subject.
Thanks for listening,
Maggie Fleming
