I think assault intimates some kind of intent to harm...this was an
ACCIDENT.  Wait until something like this happens to one of the ridecampers
screaming for all kinds of horrible things to happen to these riders.  Put
yourself in their shoes for heaven's sakes!  They have to live with
themselves.  I think something like that would give me nightmares.
