transferring papers

Hi there just aquired a sweeeeeeeeet little arab mare. Here is the story.1) 
The lady I purchased her from never had the papers transferred. 2) The guy 
she bought her from never had the papers transferred. 3) The guy mentioned 
in 2 got the mare as a bonus in an estate sale. 4) The deceased of the 
estate sale never had transfered the papers from the original owner. However 
the owner did sign the papers over.
my question.... how do I  go about transferring the papers? someone said 
illegally by forgeing and I want to call the arab registry and see what to 
do? trouble is here lately I have been working working working and by the 
time I get to it it is too late in the day.. I am still at work! I am off 
this Wednesday YEEHAAAHHH and well I plan to work on this. The mare was 
purchased about 2 weeks ago. PLEASE anybody help me on this one I will be 
forever grateful...reply privately please I have had to abandon my ridecamps 
for a few weeks. I have never gotten caught up so I have had to erase them. 
by the way?? what day is it?????
