Fat Pac

I am curious to learn more about Fat Pac after seeing it mentioned a couple 
of times  on here.  What is it and where does one get it.  I have a 4 year 
old that is hard to keep weight on even with beet pulp and a high fat feed 
and Fl. local hay and pasture leaves a lot to be desired.
