Does anyone know how other water districts are dealing with this other than
locking people out? The EBMUD water district here in the East Bay in
central California has a permit policy, where you pay for a yearly pass and
sign a register each time you go onto their lands (biking, hikers, horses).
There are rules - absolutely no dogs, stay away from the reservoirs.
Hopefully, EBMUD isn't going to change this. Anybody knowing EBMUD out
there? Or other water districts?
