First riders in at PAC

The early riders in at the VC are listed below.  In order to keep
the line size small and easy for RC - we are only listing P&R
in at this point.  It does not mean that the rider went out on 
time.

The first VC hold time is 40 minutes at 23 miles.  If the start
was at 5:30 - then the first horses were taking a little less than 
2 hours - or something like a 12 mph(20 kph) rate.
