gay hi,

have you contacted the ride manager?  next have you called aerc?  aerc will
have all the answers to your questions.  some ride managers are known for
late ride results, when i was president of pner, we had our standard ride
managers who took alot of proding to get us the results. sometimes we even
had to get a copy from aerc because they never sent them to us.
