Has anyone heard of an Oner saddle?

Hi all! A friend gave me a saddle that is pretty clearly an endurance
saddle but not one I recognize. Stamped on the back of the cantle is
"ONER." The only other identifying mark is a tiny stamping of a stylized
horse looking left with what might almost be a rocker underneath it like a
rocking horse, or it could just be a line. The saddle is all leather on
top, very well made. It has moveable panels underneath covered with felt.
The seat looks like it ought to be a suspended seat but it isn't, it's
leather over something very firm looking. The stirrup leathers are narrow,
the stirrups are english but there are fenders. The whole saddle looks
small and narrow, like it was built for a Thoroughbred type body.
If anyone can identify the saddle and tell me any more about it, I'd be
very grateful.
Happy trails,
Laney
