Re: Rubbing/housing in No. Calif.
In a message dated 98-06-20 21:12:27 EDT, you write:
> I'm sure my friend and mentor
>(Cindy Bell) is screaming at me as she reads this......sorry Cindy, you know
>I'm a "marshmellow".
Kathy (my favorite marshmellow) :-),
ROFL............OK.....you've heard me say, "that horse thinks you're a
scratching post and has as much respect for you as a tree!!!!" I have to
admit though that the idea of offering a towel and letting them rub on that,
as YOUR choice and WHEN you say it's OK, is not such a bad idea
though......(maybe I'm mellowing in my old age).... hehehe. But I do dislike
<G> rude horses that demand to be rubbed NOW and find the nearest human a
convenient scratching post.
