Do not use Arnica on an open wound.  It hurts like crazy. (I know,
I've accidently done it to myself.)  If you want an oil to put
on wounds, use Lavender oil.  This helps the healing, and it
does not hurt when you put it into an open wound. Lavender is
anti-biotic, and really speeds up the healing process.
