Fear of Water

My Gabe was born and raised in the Nevada desert and always went waaaaaaaay
outta his way to avoid a hoof in water on the trail.

Best thing to "cure" him was when I brought him to the mountains......the
meadows were lush and, oh, so inviting, and WET. But encouraging him to graze
the grass while walking through standing water was a treat and a lesson all at
once! It worked. We routinely walk through standing water.......on our way we
graze contentedly!
