I am using the VITA-Flex Carbo-Charge-- for the past 3 rides. As ti
says  its his B mix..
It does mix better then GNC HWG..and cost less..

We of course sell it.. but the shipping costs can get high..

9# $40

and larger if you want it..
Will try to get my paper finished with all the blood glucose reading
from all the rides this year.
I have been using this for almost 2 yrs now.. got flamed when I first
mentioned it..so I just kept riding and testing and doing better..and
kept off the list..
now with so many comming out of the stalls.. AND proving it does work..
I need to get this data posted.

Will be busy this week   --off to Equitana.. with the ABC Company.. I
will be working in their booth..
