The fastest healing helper I've found over the years for scrapes like 
this is good old black gooey ichthammol. It's great for scratches and 
sole abscesses, too. Seems to just draw the heat and tenderness right 
out. Get cracking with it now, and you should see a big difference in 
a few days and may not need a "wrapper" at all.
