Stirrup question clarification

Guess I wasn't very clear in my question by some of responses I'm
getting.  I have ordered a synthetic leadline saddle with hand hold on
it for my daughter.  I just am unsure whether to put stirrups on it or
not.  If so, which are best: peacock or tapederos?  And where could you
find child sized tapaderos?  Thanks again!
