Ride location

I have received a letter from R.H. Paddock who has 2,600 acreas
in  Julian (Mesa Grande area).  He is asking if there is
anyoneone who has an interest to ride??? What a question..
I would like to set up a weekend or day ride for a group 
to check out the area.  Maybe this could be a new endurance ride
to add to our list??  The area you could camp in is  remote
but they would be willing to cater or?  We need to do 
something before he changes his mind and closes out riders.
