SPEEDS?

Can someone give me speed range (MIN-MAX) in different gaits? 
(I've seen this somewhere, but can't find it in my library.)  My horse
is a 7-year old energetic Arab, 15-1.

WALK =
TROT =
CANTER =
GALLOP =
