Regarding your horse with the vaccine reaction--since the problem is occurring
this late, do keep an eye on her for an abcess--if the area stays swollen and
warm, check it out.  Meanwhile, the Bute is a good treatment, and if it is
simply inflammation from the injection, that should help to take care of it. 

Out of curiosity, do you know what brand of 4-way vaccine was used?
