Hi - I hope I can get an answer from the
collective brain of ridecamp quickly,
I'm ordering a second Skito equalizer
pad for my SS, since I got my first one
several years ago, they now make the
pad bottom in 100% wool (mine is
65% wool/ 35% poly).
The man at Skito tells me that although
they now have the all-wool, he feels
the 65/35 is better for the horse, keeps
its loft better, thus cooler, etc. He says
that a lot of the natural wool ideas are
really myths.
Anybody have the all-wool compared
to the 65/35 blend? I have no complaints
at all with the 65/35, but thought I would
be doing my horse a favor by getting the
100% wool. I need to make up my mind
today.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
