We set Carrera for a couple times with Shocktamers as rim pads and are quite happy with them. They can be reset as the material tightens around the nail.
Maybe the clinches were too loose for you Truman.
Over leather which we had used exclusively prior, they last better over rock, and do not soak up and split during a rocky l00 miles. But we have not used the ST yet on a rocky sompetition.
Does anybody have experience with the Honey comb brand yet?
I hope this post gets properly "wrapped" I was told it is fault of our equipment but I asked this critter to "wrap". Maybe I should ask Packard Bell to change leads instead.
