Shock Tamer pads

I am getting ready to pad my endurance horse and was wondering who is using
shock tamer pads and whether they like them or not and why? Also has anyone
used leather pads, did you find that they didn't hold up well for
endurance?  (Side note:  I am not looking for posts telling me to use
easyboots, or don't pad, or all the many reasons why you do or don't pad.
Just info on shock tamers and leather pads.  Thanks!)
