The 'Ultimate Performance Pad' is being used here in So. Cal where it was
introduced.  It has a weight distributing panel between two layers of
ensulite.  It also has mulitlayers and three 'oscillating' cutout areas that
allow more muscle motion in the shoulder, mid back and loin area.  It is the
highest 'high-teck' pad I've run across.  (also used with regular saddles).

It comes in a hand-loomed pad of100% New Zealand wool with a wool fleece
liner.
Also available with a cordura top and wool liner.   Not cheap, put cheaper
than a new saddle.
