I felt that Len Brown's reply to Sandy was absolutely appropriate
considering her original post berating them and their service. If you
did not see her original post, you might want to search the archives for
it.
I really believe that this is NOT the forum for "bitching and moaning"
about individual vendors, whoever they may be.
I, personally, have had no problems with any of the vendors about whom
various people have complained. Perhaps the answer lies in how you
conduct yourself and your business dealings with them.
