Well, since the only ctr sanctioning body that I have ridden under in the last
ten years is SEDRA. I'd have to say South Eastern Distance Riders
Association. I don't have my rule book right here, but that is how I remember
it.

Can another SEDRA member back me up on this one?

And I think the way the rule reads is that you can not have feed brought to
you.
