Anyone who has tried to connect with the office within the last week or 2 and
hasn't gotten a response, it is probably because they have just finished
moving the offices. They are still unpacking and are a little behind. I
emailed on a product order a few days ago and Kate kindly called to let me
know where we were at. She is extremely nice, and of course impossible to get
annoyed with. So give them a some slack - I am sure they are still with us. :)
