Has anybody tried the Slypner shoes advertised on the endurance net home page. They claim the shoes last longer than normal steel shoes and absorb some of the impact shock. My horse is 19 years old and wears his back shoes out in 4-5 weeks. I would like to find some shoes that last longer (I'm only getting about 250 miles out of the heavy steel shoes I'm using now) and at the same time give his old well traveled legs a break if I can. He has shown no signs of slowing down yet and I want to keep it that way. Just want to know if anybody can testify to Slypner's claims to find out if its worth my money. Thanks.
