I have a friend who has an endurance horse that came up slightly off.
X-rays revealed a bone spur. It seems that the equine medical center in
Leesburg can do arthroscopic surgery and take this spur out. Does
anyone out there have experience with this? A course of Adequan was
also suggested as a first step and this will start immediately. I guess
she is interested in all the pros and cons of doing this surgery. You
can email me and I will pass info along.
