No--corn oil doesn't have cholesterol. Cholesterol hardens arteries. Don't worry.

I don't think anyone would agree to a lease that enables you to take him back at any time. You might have to do a one-year or two-year renewable lease, with renewal dependent on the agreement of both parties.
