The number of horses to complete the 1997 ROC was 35. Yes, I believe the
little black Morgan did finish. She came in with Irving at about 6:15 PM.
This was my first ROC and it was quite exciting and some surprises along the
way. Congradulations to Loretta Wazelle and her beautiful "Zeus", a most
amazing pair.
