after reading his "snow" posting. I greatly appreciate your knowledgeable

BTW, I am still interested in having a look at your (my quotes) "nutritional
spreadsheet." Perhaps we will have a chance to meet at the Warner Hot
Springs ride. NB: I made a feeble attempt to locate you at Casper.
