It would never fly for Endurance. Too many of us older riders would
never make the finish line without "help" of antinflamatories.
Every so often I feel I need to remind folks -
PLEASE don't take Ibuprofen (Advil) when dehydrated. It can cause liver
and kidney damage in even "normal", over the counter dosages when you
are dehydrated. There are a variety of prescription drugs should not be
taking when dehydrated as well. Check with your prescribing physician
or pharmacist. Even when I drink well, I am always somewhat "behind" on
fluids when I finish.
