II don''t have much faith in a no-bounce cantle pack for the english saddle
:-> so want to try the front pack for it.

Hi Tina,
I have both the slimline pommel and cantle bags, attatched to a
Sport Saddle. I love them and they don't bounce!
A couple of tips. Make sure the cantle bag is "full". It helps
if it is full of stuff (mine is always crammed full, with first
aid gear, stethescops, water bucket, windbreaker, etc), all the
stuff you might need, but don't need to get to often. Since
theSport Saddle is bendable, the cantle bag would tend to fall
off the back when you carry the saddle, so we all got short nylon
dog collars, and run them around the cantle, through the hole, and
around the cantle bag.
The front one needs to be strapped tight to the pommel, and tied
right underneath. I really like it, since it doesn't bounce,
rest on the horse. It is held close enough to the saddle that it
does not bounce against or bruise the horse, even with full water
bottles in it.
