Hey guys!! Cosequin is a product that contains both Condroitin Sulfate
and Glycosaminoglycans. It is the two together that make the product
work the way it does.
My horse was one of 25 used in a research project using Cosequin, at
Auburn University School of Vet Med, and all 25 horses showed very marked
improvement.
I am extremely impressed by Cosequin and what it has done for my horse.
he has logged in 480 miles to date this year, and for us, that is a lot.
He has gotten some very good marks on his gaits on most rides, and has
made top 10 once or twice this year. Although I am riding to finish and
frequently finish last this year, I have sped him up occasionally and
have not had lameness problems.
Revel is 16, has Degenerative Joint Disease and yes, there are
radiographic changes in the fetlock. It is not horrible, but it's not
what I would have liked to have seen.
