Hi Linda,
I have seen several pulls at the finish - more at High profile rides
than at local ones. More times than not, I see those who should be pulled
allowed completion because the Vet or ride manager can't bring themselves to
pull a person at the finish. I am sorry to say that I should have been
pulled at the finish of a ride a few years ago, but accepted the completion I
was given. I feel badly to this day about that.
