It's simply not worth the risk of getting caught without those documents. I've
never been checked going in and out of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, but I've
always had them. Ride management can elect to view documents as well, such
as Coggins. Idaho has had some cases of EIA this past year. I wouldn't
recommend cheating on this one.
